Step #4. Under the “Fraud” section, you have two options: “Fraud Block or Replace” to permanently block your card and request a new one, or “Block only” to simply block your current card. Choose the option that best suits your needs.

Step #1. Login to your “RBL MyCard” mobile app.

Step #2.  Go to “My Account>>Settings.”

Step #3. Select “Switch on/off your card” under the card settings.

Step#5.  Enter the OTP which is sent to your registered mobile number. 

Step #6. Click on the “Proceed” button to block your card.

 #2. Via Internet Banking

You can easily block your credit card via net banking in case of loss, theft, or misuse. However, before you proceed, you need to ensure that you have registered with your net banking account and have access to your credit card account. 

Here are the steps to follow:

Step #1. Login to your RBL Bank internet banking account using your customer ID.

Step #2. Navigate to the credit card section. 

Step #3. Select the option to block your credit card. 

Step #4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

#3. Through Customer Care

Step #1. You can call the RBL Bank customer care number – 1800 121 9050 or 022-62327777 and the SuperCard customers can call at 022-71190900.

Step #2. Inform the customer care executive about your request to block your credit card account.

Step #3. Provide all the necessary details related to your credit card, such as your card number, name, and registered mobile number.

Step #4. Specify the reason for blocking your credit card, such as loss, theft, or suspected fraud.

#5. Through Visiting the Branch

Step #1. Visit the nearest RBL Bank branch. 

Step #2. Request the customer service representative to block your credit card.

Step #3. Provide your credit card details and ID proof for verification.

Remember – Once your RBL credit card is permanently blocked then it is not possible to unblock your RBL credit card. You need to re-issue a new one.

How to Report a Lost or Stolen or Misuse RBL Credit Card

#1. Contact RBL Bank Customer Care: Call 022-71190900 and report your lost or stolen card. You will receive a reference number for future reference.

#1. Call Customer Care: You can call the RBL Bank customer service at 022-61156300 and request a card replacement. RBL Supercard customers can call at 022-71190900. You will need to provide the necessary details related to your credit card account.

Once your request for a replacement card has been submitted, you will be charged a fee of Rs 200. The replacement card will be sent to your registered address within 7-10 working days.
